How to Order Digital Printing

By Phone: We’ll need some basic information about your digital printing over the phone. Your name and phone number incase we get disconnected. The size, quantity, is it for outdoor use or indoor use, type of sign and materials. If you don’t know any details about the digital printing, don’t worry, we’re here to help. Call us to find out when and how much we can build and install your brand new digital printing.

By Email: Ordering by email is the ideal way to order digital printing. You can send us a file via attachment. Please send us your information along with details about how you want the digital printing sign built and installed. Sometimes we’ll need to call you to get more information, please send us your phone number too. Emails are read every 10mins between 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. Click here to send us an email.

File Upload: If your file is larger than 20 MB, please use our wetranser.com service. You can send a file up to 8 GB. Also send us your information which is very important for our estimating department. With out your information we can’t contact you to discuss important details about your digital printing. You also attach multiple files at once. Give us time to understand the design of the sign. You can also call us to find out if we received the file.

By Appointment: Start by calling us to discuss what type of digital printing you’ll need. You can then request a date to schedule an appointment. Walk ins are welcome, tho we prefer you to call, so you won’t have to wait. Also, it give us time to prepare for the meeting and if you need to reschedule, that’s no problem too. Please bring with you sign drawings, swatches and photos, to better understand your current situation.
